There are many ways to financially support City on a Hill’s ministries to reach the neighborhoods near Forest Hills, Boston, and beyond.

Text any amount to 84321. Follow the prompts to select City on a Hill: Forest Hills and which designation. For general giving choose “Forest Hills General Fund”.
OFFERING Box
You can give by placing a check or cash in the offering box during our Sunday worship gatherings. The offering box is located at the back of the sanctuary, on the right. Checks and designated cash envelopes will be recorded on the Sunday when they are received. Please note that your name and address must be clearly identifiable on your check or envelope in order to receive an acknowledgement of your contribution for IRS tax purposes

Checks will be recorded on the postmark date on the envelope. For gifts made by mail at the end of the year, IRS regulations require that contributions for a given tax year be postmarked by December 31st of that year.
Why we give
For Christians, giving is an act of worship. We recognize that God has already given his Son for us. And so we give in response to what he has given us. Everything we own belongs to God anyways, and we can't take it with us, so we pool our resources as a group of believers to serve God's kingdom.
where your money goes
City on a Hill is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization. Each year, the CoaH Finance Team and elders prepare a budget, which is subsequently presented to our members for approval. Further, we present regular financial updates to our members to maintain accountability in the stewardship of our finances.
The regular giving of CoaH members and supporters is used to pay salaries, support ministries, pay bills, and serve our neighborhood. Annual giving statements will be mailed each January for the prior year. Further, over 15% of the gifts we receive is contributed toward mission projects and church plants around the globe.
ARE THERE ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH ONLINE GIVING?
You will not be charged any fees to give online. However, when you make an online gift with a credit card, CoaH incurs credit card processing fees that typically range from 2% to 3%. Gifts made via debit card or ACH have minimal fees associated with them.
