City on a Hill is hiring for a new administrative assistant to assist the staff pastors in the day-to-day operations of the church.

Staff Positions
Gospel Workers
Gospel Workers serve our city and live on mission to the city. They serve the church by helping set our church culture, discipling others, or leading or being a part of a serve team. Gospel Workers live on mission to the city by building relationships, getting involved, and being a Christ-like example in the neighborhoods that they live. Gospel Workers typically get a job in the city.
Interns
Interns are those looking for practical ministry experience in areas such as worship, media, teaching, neighborhood engagement, or discipleship. Internships typically run for one year from September to August.
Residencies
There are two types of residencies that City on a Hill provides. The Church Planting Residency is for men who desire to plant gospel-centered, missionally engaged churches, primarily in New England. It is intended to prepare future planters for all aspects of church planting ministry, including identifying a location, recruiting and developing a team, evangelism, city engagement, and developing systems
The Pastoral Residency is for men who desire to grow in the practical and theological elements of pastoral ministry such as teaching, pastoral care, and oversight.
